Business and Law Studies

Graduates of Business and Law studies shall be able to make use of the knowledge in the sphere of:
• dogmatic law disciplines pertaining to business transactions,
• economics related to financial, material, and human resources management,
• management, concerning in particular the nature, regularities and problems in the functioning of organizations, especially enterprises,
• finances.

Graduates of this field of study shall be able to apply the gathered knowledge in practice.
Graduates shall be aware of legal determinants related to conducting business activities in the European Union. He or she shall also be able to take part in transboundary business transactions.
Graduates shall be prepared to organize and conduct private business activities, as well as to work in enterprises, organizations, and institutions (particularly in non-governmental institutions) at operational, independent and managerial, as well as subordinate positions.
