Food Technology and Human Nutrition

The full-time study program includes the following specializations: fruit and vegetable processing, grain processing, meat processing, milk and hydrocolloids technology, food biochemistry, human nutrition, food analysis, gastronomy, assessment and forming of food quality, food fermentation processes. In the academic year 2009/2010, the study program on the first, second, third, and fourth-year is the first cycle, and on the first and the second year is the second cycle and on the fifth year is the long cycle (5 years). The full-time first cycle study program lasts 3,5 years (7 terms), and graduates of this program are awarded an inżynier degree. Full-time second cycle study program lasts 1,5 years (3 terms), and the graduates are awarded a degree.
