Biomedicine

Biomedicine, generally speaking, is the science of biological factors’ influence on human life and health. It combines both medical knowledge and the space of new technologies. The assumption of education is to acquire knowledge about the structure and functions of the human body, emphasizing biological and chemical processes occurring at the cellular and molecular level in health and disease conditions and the influence of genetic and environmental factors on them. Students learn about anatomy, histology, physiology, genetics, molecular biology, microbiology, and pharmacology. It is possible to understand the methods used in scientific research, diagnosis, treatment, and disease monitoring.
